Shipping policy

General

All products are shipped using either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Shipping. Option to upgrade to express can be available and requests must be sent to info@stitchedimprints.com.

Processing Time

All products are made to order and we endeavor to ship all items from 6-7 days upon order date. Please also allow 48 hours for tracking information to go live.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery can take anywhere between 2-7 days depending on where the shipment is going. Being located in the west coast, an east coast destination can take 5-7 days. 

Issues with Courier

We are proud of each piece that we make but please keep in mind that once it is handed off to the courier, its officially out of our hands. While we cannot take responsibility for lost packages we will do all we can to help locate the package and assist in claims if needed. If a package is indeed lost, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
